The MADE art institution has just released a set of videos of Stones Throw artist and one of my personal favourites, Aloe Blacc performing a range of songs, string quartet style. The set which was recorded earlier this year sees some classic soul and funk tracks transformed into classical compositions with Aloe doing what he does best, singing his behind off. Six songs were recorded in total with Aloe covering songs from Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean" right through to reinterpretations of his own songs including the lead single from his current album "I Need A Dollar".
