I stumbled across this dope video the other day which consists of a bunch of people falling off of skateboards. Now before you say "Ohhh, not another one of those videos", let me tell you that it's not just another people falling off skateboards video, it's a people falling off skateboards in slow motion video, a very important difference. The film titled "Slow motion skateboarding slams/bails/falls" was filmed with a Redlake N3 high speed camera between 500 frames per second and 1,000 frames per second. This is one of the coolest videos I've seen in awhile, who would have thought people stacking it on skateboards could be made to look so graceful? Well I suppose we've got to thank Dave Chappelle as he did say everything looks better in slow motion. Check out the awesome video after the jump.
Skateboarder Torey Pudwill's "Big Bang!" video dropped earlier this week and in the words of Larry David it's pretty good, pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty good. Seriously this is one of the best skate videos I've seen all year, it's chock full of big tricks. Check out the full video after the jump, you won't regret it!

Any thoughts of actually trying to skate this deck should be put out of your mind completely with the deck coming enclosed in a plexiglass box to help prevent damage to the board through oxidation, so forget about even touching it. If you do want to grab yourself one these solid gold skateboards you better get cracking because they are producing a super limited run of five units and each one will set you back €1490.00 ($2145.00 USD). Nike have put together a little video of legendary skateboarder Eric Koston and his crew as they go on a road trip to promote the new Nike SB Zoom Eric Koston 1. The Eric Koston 1 is Eric's first signature shoe for Nike skateboarding, and they've gone all out on the design combining a sculpted suede upper with full-length Lunarlon insole for extra cushioning and support. Another dope shoe from Nike SB and the video's pretty entertaining as well, and make sure you keep an eye out for the Kobe Bryant cameo. I wasn't even aware that Adidas did skate specific shoes but lo and behold, they do. They have taken some classic models and applied their technical genius in order to make these kicks stand up to the stresses of skateboarding. I won't bore you with the technical jargon that make these sneakers strong and comfortable for boarding like the vulcanized outsoles and customed PU molded sock liners but I'm sure everyone can see that a lot of thought has gone into these bad boys. Not only are they built to withstand some intense skating they also look pretty damn good too with their bright colour-ways and classic styles, you don't have to be a skater to rock a pair.
