+ MUSIC: KANYE WEST - COACHELLA 2011 SET

So the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival happened over the past weekend in Indio, California and a number of the sets were streamed live on the Coachella Youtube channel. I was lucky enough to catch a few of the shows over the course of the festival but the highlight of the festival probably came in the form of Taylor Swift's favourite rapper Kanye West, who closed the festival. Mr. West ran through pretty much all his hit songs and was rocking with some of the baddest backup dancers, best set backdrops and some of the most awesome threads you've ever seen (the shirt he had on for the first half of the show was dope!). Yeah that's right he just might have put on the greatest show of all time... of all time! (well at least in his books it probably was). If you happened to be doing something more important on Monday (Australian time) and missed the show, well fret no more you can catch the stream of Kanye's entire set and experience the magic for yourself. Sure, sometimes Kanye's a jackass, but he sure as hell know's how to put on a good show. Also I'm not sure if it was JD who had the iPad in the audience, but whoever it was they were very keen. Check out the set, split into individual songs for your viewing pleasure after the jump.

Has anyone else had the thought that since Kanye and Coldplay are both playing at Splendour in the Grass this year, maybe Yeezy will bring out Chris Martin to perform the hook to "Homecoming"? Now that would be awesome to see!
