Dr. Don-Don probably isn't a name which is instantly familiar to a lot of you. However Chris Hamer-Smith AKA Dr. Don-Don has previously gone under the moniker of "Chasm", DJ for Australian hip-hop group Astronomy Class and co-producer of their ARIA nominated album "Pursuit of Happiness". Now Smith has decided to put the hip-hop stuff on hold for awhile to dabble in some electro and house tunes and create a new project under the banner of Dr. Don-Don. The single "King of the Stars" has been blowing up since it hit the airwaves towards the end of 2010 and now Don-Don has released the video for the track which is quite crazy. Let's just say it's got skateboarding and crazy alien-like people and it's the perfect way to reminisce about those long glorious summer days just as we slip in the cold dead of winter.
